Ingredients

  • 2 Cups - Milk Powder
  • 3/4 Cups - Sugar
  • 3/4 Cups - Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Cardamon (optional)

Instructions

In a heavy bottom pan or non-stick pan, add milk powder, sugar, and milk and let it cook over medium heat.

As you cook it will again start thickening like a dough. This process can take around 10 mins.

Take the mixture out on a plate to cool down and add cardamom powder. Let it sit for 2 mins or till it is cool enough to touch.

Add sugar and mix, mix and mix till it forms a dough. If you are adding cardamon, add it this point.

Make equal sized balls from the mixture. I recommend greasing your hands with ghee so it does not stick to your palms. Roll it in between your palms and flatten it slightly.
